AETR: AETR: Register new account

Creating an account is necessary to submit documents. In order to register, you must choose a user ID and password. These may be up to 12 characters long and may not contain spaces or quotation marks. Your valid email address will be used for all future correspondence with you.

Once you have logged in with your user ID and password, you can change your user information by going to the "User Preferences" page.

User ID: Case sensitive. Must be 1-20 characters long. Must start with a letter and may only contain letters, numbers and underscores.

Password: Case sensitive. Must be 4-12 characters long. Cannot be the same as the User ID.
